How to request Flex payout?

Business customers

1. MD Flex revenue is calculated on a monthly basis.

2. MD Flex revenue is confirmed by the 16th of each month at the latest. After that, it can be viewed on the MD Platform, on the Services page, under Balance.

3. The MD Flex service fee is 20% (+VAT) or 30% (+VAT) and is calculated on the net revenue (visible on the MD Platform). a. The service fee invoice is automatically generated by the system and added to the MD Platform for download.

4. MD Flex revenue is accumulated in the customer's account. To receive a payment, please send a request to billing@markedroid.com.

5. Confirmed Flex revenue purchase orders are sent out by the 18th of the month for the previous period, provided that the request has been received. Later requests are processed on a rolling basis.

a. We await the invoice based on the purchase order.

b. The MD Flex service fee is offset against the MD Flex revenue payment.

6. The minimum payment amount is €200.
7. MarkeDroid will offset its service fee and all costs from the revenue received by the Customer and then pay the Customer the revenue due to them.

Private Customer

1. The MD Flex revenue calculation period is monthly.
2. MD Flex revenue is confirmed by the 16th of the month at the latest. After confirmation, it is visible on the MD Platform Services page under Balance.
3. The MD Flex service fee is either 20% or 30% (+VAT) depending on the selected package and is calculated based on the revenue earned (visible on the MD Platform).

a. The service fee invoice is automatically generated by the system and added to the MD Platform for download.

b. The MD Flex service fee invoice is automatically offset against the MD Flex revenue amount.

4.MD Flex revenue accumulates in the customer's account, and you can request a payment on the Services page of the platform.

5. The minimum payment amount is €200.
6. MarkeDroid will offset its service fee and all costs from the revenue received by the Customer and then pay the Customer the revenue due to them.
