Account balance
What is the Account balance?
The Account balance shows the site's total earnings from Flex activities and fees for these activities every month throughout the site's lifetime.
It shows which transactions the site has made with what monetary value and when.
The account balance is updated once a month, approximately between the 10th and 15th, when all accounting operations between your energy provider and the Flex operator have been finalised.
The 'Current balance' shows the net site balance at the end of each month, once all fees have been deducted.
You can download every Flex service fee invoice. Please note that the invoice format may change over time, as our aim is to make invoices as transparent as possible.
What is the initial balance?
The initial balance is the net sum of all Flex transactions made by the site before February 1st 2025.
How does Account balance correlate with Flex earnings in the dashboard?
The Flex earnings shown on the dashboard are a running total of all Flex transactions made by the site during the month. It is automatically updated when the site performs a new Flex activity.
