Import price
The purchase price consists of the Nord Pool exchange price, plus the network service package price and the electricity purchase package price.
The network service package can consist of different tariffs (for example, day price and night price) and additional fees (for example, renewable energy fee and excise duty). All items include VAT.
The electricity purchase package includes the energy service provider's margin, including VAT. The purchase price includes VAT.
Export price
The sales price consists of the Nord Pool exchange price, minus the energy service provider's margin. The sales price does not include VAT.
Purchase and sales prices do not include monthly fees for network service (for example, Elektrilevi) or energy service provider (for example, Enefit) packages.
Example
Purchase price:
- Exchange price on 27.02.25 at 9:00 is 34.53 cents/kWh. Including VAT.
- Electricity purchase package: Exchange price + 0.45 cents/kWh. Including VAT.
- Network package Network (Võrk) 2: 7.41 cents/kWh (day tariff) + 1.46 cents/kWh (excise duty and renewable energy fee). All including VAT.
- Total 34.53 + 0.45 + 7.41 + 1.46 = 43.85 cents/kWh or 0.44 €/kWh Including VAT.
Sales price:
- Exchange price on 27.02.25 at 9:00 is 28.3 cents/kWh. There is no VAT on sales.
- Electricity sales package: Exchange price - 0.7 cents/kWh.
- Total 28.3 - 0.7 = 27.6 cents/kWh or 0.28 €/kWh.
